why should you get a free jump on ratters and miners that are doing pve and are monitoring local like they should? your "idea" is a brain-dead way for ANY small stealth/tackle gang to gank with impunity. it will never happen.

not sure if youre just using the caldari race as a role playing criteria. but FW does not require you to actually be caldari to fight for their militia. just have the standing to join the fight.
